Your dull composition really captures the mood of the story. Also the ZALGO text is neat.

Looks great.

The red spots, whether they're markings or blood, look great against the cool grey colors. That blue tongue really helps offset the color composition, giving it a great contrast. The coloring in the eye is really great. I like to think of it as a marked dragon.

Excellent job inside the mouth. Also, Paint Tool Sai is the best art program to use in my opinion. It's all I use anymore.

You did amazingly well imitating the shading used in the comics. That on top of the excellent color choice and usage warrants this piece getting a 15 out of 10. The proportions are perfect, even the tongue. Also, I like the way it's been colored, just like in a newspaper or comic book.
