If you're looking for tips in PS, I recommend learning the pen tool. Many fear the pen tool, but once you master this wiley character, you will make lines with great simplicity, smotthness, and style.
I'll have to give it a shot if I can ever get my copy of Photoshop to work on this new computer.

With a skill of yours, you don't need PS. I myself am fairly good at art, but mainly draw guns and soldiers (love 'em).
